Job Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of FINN’s financial inclusion activities, from concept to execution, ensuring it delivers value to the users and meets business objectives.
• Conduct user research, including interviews & surveys, to deeply understand the financial needs and challenges of our user base.
• Identify high-impact content, products, and services that can improve the financial well-being of FINN's users. Develop and execute a clear strategy to improve the financial health of FINN’s users
• Propose and collaborate on tech-light solutions, working closely with the engineering team to bring them to life.
• Partner with the content team to deliver engaging, easy-to-understand financial education that resonates with users.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships that support our financial inclusion goals.
• Set up KPIs and dashboards to monitor and measure the adoption and success of financial inclusion initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven experience in product management, ideally in a startup context.
• Passion for financial inclusion or helping underserved communities, with a genuine desire to improve users’ financial lives.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience leading a product or large feature set from inception through to growth.
• Experience working in a startup environment, demonstrating resourcefulness, adaptability, and a “get-things-done” attitude.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and content.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Business development or partnership-building experience is a plus.
