We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Executive to drive accurate financial reporting, ensure regulatory compliance, and support process improvements that will enhance our financial performance and systems as we expand.

What You’ll Own

• Financial Management & Reporting: Managing and supporting the monthly financial closing process for all entities, including reconciliation of accounts, ensuring completeness of financial data, and adherence to deadlines, ensure compliance with Group reporting standards. Assisting with the monthly financial reports of the Group, ensuring consistency and accuracy across the Group.
• Compliance and Regulatory Filings: Working closely with the Finance team of subsidiaries to ensure timely and accurate filing of all statutory financial statements and compliance with relevant local regulations. Liaising with auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies to ensure proper reporting, audit support and adherence to statutory requirements.
• Process Improvement: Assisting with Finance and other ad hoc projects, aim at improving financial systems and enhancing overall financial performance.

What You Bring

• 4+ Years of Finance Experience: You have a solid track record in financial reporting and compliance, ideally with experience in a regional, high-growth organization within Fintech.
• Analytical Excellence: You have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to accurate, reliable financial management.
• Tech-Savvy Mindset: You’re comfortable with Google Sheets and quickly adapt to new financial technologies and systems.
• Integrity & Communication: Known for your integrity and clear communication, you build trust and foster a culture of compliance and transparency.
• Academics: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
